Audrey Fisher
Owner & OperatorAudrey became the owner of Gourmet Gals Catering & Events on Valentine’s Day 2025 after working closely with former owners Cymbre and Sherri Wicker to learn the Austin catering industry. She has continued to build on that foundation with the support of the experienced Gourmet Gals team that remains in place.

Audrey’s background spans business, finance, growth strategy, and marketing, with a focus on direct-to-consumer products and food warehousing & delivery services. In 2023, she launched Friend Cakes, a baking venture that has since grown into a full business and now operates in partnership with Gourmet Gals.
As owner, Audrey’s set on maintaining the company’s great team and long-standing reputation of great service & food. In addition to sharpening operations, expanding capabilities, investing in local purveyor partnership and driving sustainable growth while serving the Austin and Dripping Springs communities.
Erin Hazzard
Executive ChefErin Hazzard is the Executive Chef at Gourmet Gals Catering & Events and has been a key part of the team for more than eight years. She began as a prep chef in our kitchen, moved into the sous chef role, and now leads the kitchen with a strong understanding of every step in the process.

Erin oversees menu execution, staff training & coordination, and daily kitchen operations, keeping the team efficient and the food both delicious and consistent across events of all nature and sizes. Her experience and steady leadership make her a central part of Gourmet Gals’ continued success. We could not love or appreciate her more– thank you for being amazing Erin!
Ari Gaytan
Senior Event CoordinatorAri has been part of the Gourmet Gals team for almost five years. He first joined as an event bartender and quickly became a client and team favorite which we attribute to his sly sense of humor, appropriate amount of sass, and authentic leadership style. His ability to connect with both clients and coworkers made him an invaluable part of the team from the day he joined.

Ari soon transitioned into event planning, where his attention to detail and calm command of even the busiest event days set him apart. He was recently promoted to Senior Event Coordinator, a role in which he consistently sets the bar for client service, communication, and event execution.
Ari keeps the team laughing, focused, and on track—often all at once. His blend of professionalism, personality, and reliability makes him a cornerstone of our operations. Thanks for making us laugh and keeping us in line, Ari. We couldn’t and would never want to do this job without you!
Kori Rosetti
Event CoordinatorKori joined the Gourmet Gals event planning team with a strong foundation as a former chef and trained culinary professional with Austin Artisan, Olamaie and Swifts Attic in Austin, TX. Her formal education started in Culinary Arts at The New England Culinary Institute and she is currently part of Johnson & Wales MBA program set to graduate in Summer of 2026 with a masters in Event Leadership.

Kori’s easygoing nature and creative ideas make her a fun and inspiring collaborator—both for our team and for the clients she supports. Never a day at the office goes by that Kori doesn’t bring us a fresh, forward-looking idea about event design and food service. She is always thinking about new ways to elevate presentations, menus, and guest experiences and She’s never afraid to share her perspective. We love her for her ability to blend culinary knowledge with event planning expertise which adds real depth to our team. We’re so happy you’re part of the team, Kori!
Ross Wetterer
Operations & Event ManagerRoss is our resident “jack-of-all-trades” at Gourmet Gals. Known for his lively presence and positive attitude he has the ability to tackle any task we give him. Ross brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience to the team, including extensive work as a bartender and front-of-house extraordinaire.

At Gourmet Gals, Ross focuses on keeping our warehouse and staffing operations running smoothly, ensuring that every event is fully supported behind the scenes. He also plays a key role on-site as an experienced floor manager, bringing a deep understanding of our processes and a genuine passion for service.
Ross’s versatility, reliability, and can-do spirit make him an essential part of our operation. Thanks for being “that guy” Ross- you rock!
